What Is an Affirmation?
An affirmation is a positive sentence
you say to yourself to help you feel strong, happy, or calm. It helps your
brain believe good things about you
and your life.
How to Use It:
Say it out loud, write it down, or think it quietly. Repeat it every day—like, “I am
brave” or “Good things are coming to me.”
The more you say it, the more you believe it—and the more it becomes real!
